to help members of vulnerable families in the community of Eagle County in Colorado.

Our Programs

Toma Mi Mano Youth

Toma Mi Mano Youth serves the young men and women in our public high schools with courses designed to help them identify and concentrate on leadership skills that will equip them to be successful as they navigate high school and begin planning post high school diploma.
